Shipping Options
Cornejo offers various shipping options to suit your needs. All orders are shipped from our U.S.-based facility. Please note that processing times for all orders typically take 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Shipping times begin after processing is complete.
Standard Shipping (3-5 Business Days):
Complimentary for all orders.
Expedited Shipping (2 Business Days):
Available for a flat rate of $12.95.
Processing Time
Once your order is placed, our team begins preparing it for shipment. Most orders ship within 1-2 business days, pending order verification and payment approval. Orders placed after 12 PM PST on Friday will begin processing the following Monday.
Packaging
In our ongoing efforts to support sustainability, every order mindfully and minimally packaged using eco-friendly and 100% recycled materials. Please REUSE, REPURPOSE or RECYCLE our packaging.
Order Tracking
Upon shipment, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your package's journey. Should you encounter any delays or need assistance with tracking, our concierge team is here to help.
Shipping Restrictions
At this time, Cornejo ships exclusively within the United States. We hope to expand our shipping capabilities in the near future to offer our timeless styles internationally.
Delivery Time
Delivery times are calculated from the time your order is shipped, not from the date the order is placed. While we do our utmost to ensure timely delivery, please note that delivery dates are estimates and may be impacted by unforeseen delays with our courier partners.
Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to make changes to your order or cancel it, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order is processed, we may not be able to make adjustments, but we will always do our best to accommodate your request.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Cornejo is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address provided during checkout. If your package is marked as delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend contacting the carrier for further assistance.
