RETURNS & SHIPPING
Simply email us at concierge@cornejobrand.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. Our concierge team will respond promptly and provide you with a prepaid return shipping label.
Yes. Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 10 business daysand credited back to your original payment method.
While we don’t offer direct exchanges at this time, you’re welcome to return your item and place a new order for the size or style you prefer. This helps us get your perfect piece to you faster.
We currently offer complimentary standard shipping on all U.S. orders.
Standard Shipping (3-5 Business Days):

Expedited Shipping (2 Business Days):
Available for a flat rate of $12.95.
Unfortunately, we don’t offer international shipping at this time—but we’re working on it and hope to expand soon.
