Our Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. We kindly ask that items be returned in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached. This allows us to continue offering the same level of quality you expect from the brand.


Final Sale Items

For pieces marked as final sale, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. These items are carefully curated at special pricing, and we appreciate your understanding.


Condition of Returned Items

Items should be returned in their original condition, free from signs of wear, with all original packaging intact. Footwear must include its original box, and accessories should be returned with all corresponding packaging. This ensures the integrity of our collection for all women who trust in our brand.


How to Initiate a Return

We want your return process to be easy and hassle-free.
To initiate a return, simply email us at concierge@cornejobrand.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. Our concierge team will respond promptly and provide you with a prepaid return shipping label.


Return Your Item

Once you receive your prepaid return label, drop off your package at any courier location indicated on the label. We’ll cover the return shipping cost—no fees will be deducted from your refund. If your item was incorrect or damaged, we’ll ensure a smooth and seamless return process.


Refund Processing

Once we receive and carefully inspect your return, we will process your refund within 10 business days, returning the funds to your original method of payment.


Refunds & Exchanges

All refunds will be credited back to your original payment method. While we do not offer direct exchanges at this time, you are welcome to return your item and place a new order for your desired size or style. This allows us to prioritize getting your new favorite piece to you as quickly as possible.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

In the rare event that you receive an incorrect or damaged item, we want to make things right. Please contact our customer care team within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will gladly cover the return shipping cost. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we are here to support you.
